Kim Howard,
Chief Executive Officer, President
Kim Howard’s education is nursing with undergraduate
studies in business at the University of Minnesota. Her
talent for business quickly became apparent after forming
ASI in 1983. Since then, her industry leadership has been
demonstrated in the growth and expansion from its origins
in temporary administrative and industrial staffing into
trial for hire, direct hire, payroll resource services,
educational placement, and consulting. ASI today places
candidates from entry level to senior executive positions
in virtually every functional discipline and industry. In
addition to her formidable economic contributions to the
community, Kim has served on the Board of Directors for
hospitals, several other non-profits, and provides direct
services through Majestic Hills Ranch, a non-profit
organization providing free therapeutic riding lessons to
children with disabilities.

Larry Johnson,
Director of Sales & Service
Larry Johnson, a veteran in the recruiting and staffing
industry, has held senior positions with local and
national firms, including a licensed operation of his own.
Larry is well respected for his professional contributions
and long-term business relationships within the industry.
A former President Elect of the Staffing Association of
Minnesota, Larry continues to give back to the
community through many charitable organizations. He
currently serves as Vice President of a non-profit
organization.

Consulting With 30+ years of working in the Human
Resource arena CJ brings a much needed focus to human
asset acquisition, training, retention, and management
of records. HR compliance issues are constantly
changing. It is not possible for most small to mid size
companies to afford an HR Department in order to stay
abreast of all of the government demands nor is it
affordable. CJ not only provides this service to ASI but
offers an affordable-organized approach to clientele
dealing with employee issues, training, policies, and
file retention on a consulting basis.
